Back to the living
Hey! I'm back. It feels pretty good. For those unaware, my recent hiatus from blogging was a direct consequence of my preparation for the phd written preliminary exam. For a month straight, I did nothing but study. And eat eggs. Lots of eggs. The good news? I passed that ish. *BAM.* I literally rollerbladed through downtown announcing the victorious news to all who would listen. The rich, sit on my condo and grill types are actually pretty good sports, it seems. So that is some good news.
Also, after taking the test, but before hearing the results (a touchy subject), the kid went Bendward to take in a little scrimmage action. It was a fairly classic time. Unfortunately I had no camera and my phone was roaming. As a result, I put my 30 second MS Paint skilz to work to create a fake photoessay. Don't worry: only about 3 of those seconds were wasted on "creativity." 4 seconds were spent doing a painfully unexhaustive image search through lappy's bowels.
These guys were there.
I'm sure something very similar at that Backer took place again this year. Me looking like an idiot, that is.
"Old Ballz v. New Ballz" - After giving up a huge early lead, age defeats beauty.
Notre Dame played itself-- and nearly lost save some last second heroism by Kamara.
