Nips' Conniptions

Apparently the East Coast has been slammed by snow. Fair enough. But now, it seems that even up here in the Great White North, we have been brought to our knees by the snow. Impressive. Honestly, it doesn't seem that bad to me, but get this: The city has declared a snow emergency in effect from now until... APRIL. That means that, for non-snow emergency streets, nobody will be allowed to park on the even side for the next month and a half. That's craziness.
